Richard Phillips at Chapel Down

Zest worked closely with celebrity chef Richard Phillips to launch his new restaurant 'Richard Phillips at Chapel Down'.

Zest managed the whole event, including all the celebrity invites, arrangements and direct mail pieces to local business people and residents making them aware of the new restaurant and inviting them to the launch event. Prior to the launch we held three press lunch events, attracting national and trade press editors and journo's to sample the Chef's Table and taster menu.

The launch party was attended by a host of celebrities and over 200 local people, business people and residents.

Guests ranged from comedian Vic Reeves, double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes to authors such as three times Man Booker nominated author, Julian Barnes and Diana Janney. They got to sample the mouth watering canapés and exquisite wine whilst being entertained by a live jazz band; which all lead to an incredible party atmosphere.

They also had the chance to dine at the exclusive Chef's Table to sample a range of sumptuous dishes prepared by Richard and his team. Those lucky enough to dine here showed their charitable side by raising over £1000 Demelza House Children's Hospice.
